Meet the Team
Lee Johnson, company founder. Lee is a retired USAF Ground Safety Technician (20 yrs.) and retired OSHA Supervisor (16 yrs.). Lee started Brittney in 1990, with a goal of providing affordable OSHA compliance and a unique look inside OSHA operations.
Carol is Co-Owner of Brittney and wife of Lee Johnson. Carol helped start Brittney and is currently overseeing AP/AR.
Joseph Austin, Operations Manager, OSHA Compliance Consultant. Joseph has a B.A. in Business Administration from Drury University. Joe is a Missouri Certified Safety Consultant, as well as a 10 & 30-Hour OSHA Outreach Training Instructor for Construction and a Medic First-Aid & CPR Instructor. Joe is also a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and manages our client OSHA Hearing Conservation Programs. Joe also specializes in Construction Equipment. Joe has been with Brittney since 2007.
Tuesdi Gideon, Office Manager. Tuesdi is responsible for keeping ALL our consultants on schedule. She maintains our client database, communicates weekly with our construction clients for current job-site listings, transcribes our inspection reports, and monitors our 10-Hour OSHA Training, First-Aid, and ALL other classes, along with a variety of other tasks which tend to pop up regularly, all the while maintaining a smile. Tuesdi has been with Brittney since October 2015 and is a valuable addition.
Doug McMillen, OSHA Compliance Consultant. Doug has a background in Warehouse Managing, Safety and Health, Manufacturing and HACCP. He has training in DOT, OSHA General Industry Safety as well as food safety Quality Assurance. Doug has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing spanning warehousing and the food industry. He is new to our organization and brings many talents to our company.
